On September 16, Valley Bakers Cooperative in cooperation with the Wisconsin Bakers Association and Wisconsin Bakers Foundation will be hosting the first session of Bakers U - Ingredients for Success.
This event, taking place July 22-23 in Michigan (Jackson and Ann Arbor), will host regional bakery leaders for two full days of networking, bakery tours, product demos and business panels.
The WBA is teaming with Madison College for the March 3 event in which ten local bakeries will serve samples of their best pies in advance of Pi Day (March 14).
