BlissBomb, a New York City company specializing in baked mini donuts, has announced the launch of new seasonal flavors feature summer favorites.

The new Blueberry Corn Muffin, Peach Ginger Crumble and Scotch & S’mores mini donuts are available in gift boxes shipping nationwide, and for delivery, pick-up and catering in New York City. They were conceived and hand crafted by BlissBomb executive pastry chef, Tarran Hatton, formerly of Milk Bar.

Availability will last through early October for the following flavors:

  • Blueberry Corn Muffin – Bright wild Maine blueberries mingle with toasty corn meal and buttermilk in this donut that’s enrobed in white chocolate and crowned with a dash of blue cornflower petals
  • Peach Ginger Crumble – A juicy peach and candied ginger donut is hidden beneath rich white chocolate, with a generous portion of crunchy cinnamon ginger streusel on top
  • Scotch & S’mores – Mini chocolate chips and marshmallows are baked into this graham cracker donut, infuse with a smokey scotch whisky, layer on milk chocolate, and then topped with fire kissed marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs
