In celebration of the upcoming 4/20 holiday, late night bakery chain Insomnia Cookies has created limited-edition menu items for its hungry customers on Saturday, April 20.
The lineup includes a new Strawberry Cornbread Filled Deluxe cookie with Mike’s Hot Honey that delivers just the right amount of sweetness and spice. Insomnia Cookies is also introducing a first-of-its-kind menu item, Walking Cookie Tacos, with twelve Mini Chocolate Chunk cookies piled high and baked to perfection with a sweet drizzle and topping of choice.
Available at bakeries nationwide in-store and for local delivery until April 22 or while supplies last, the 4/20 collection includes:
- Strawberry Cornbread Filled Deluxe with Mike’s Hot Honey (dairy-free and vegan-friendly) – A plant-based cornbread cookie filled with strawberry jam and served with a side packet of Mike’s Hot Honey to drizzle right on top for just the right amount of heat.
- Mike’s Hot Honey – Now available as a cookie topping.
- Walking Cookie Tacos – Twelve Mini Chocolate Chunk cookies piled high in a portable package with a choice of one drizzle and one topping.
Fans can get a free Classic cookie with a $5 purchase in-store when they show the Insomnia Cookies App or online with any in-app delivery all weekend long from April 19-21.
