Just in time for World Vegan Day, Insomnia Cookies is introducing special vegan dessert options. To kick off the holiday, the chain has released celebratory, limited-edition cookie flavors including Vegan Pecan Pie and Vegan Caramel Apple Pie, as well as limited-edition Cookies IN Ice Cream flavors including Vegan B’Day Ice Cream Cake.
The following are available November 1-13 in-store, for local delivery and via nationwide shipping:
- Vegan Pecan Pie Cookie – A brown sugar cookie with butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and toasted pecans
- Vegan Caramel Apple Pie Cookie – A salted caramel cookie baked with apple and caramel chips
The following are available beginning November 1 while supplies last in-store only at bakeries where Cookies IN Ice Cream:
- Vegan B’Day Ice Cream Cake Ice Cream –Yellow cake ice cream (oat milk base) with birthday cookie pieces, white icing swirls and rainbow sprinkles
- Vegan B’Day Ice Cream on a Vegan B’Day Cookie – A vegan birthday cake cookie, topped with two scoops of vegan birthday cake ice cream
