New York City’s BlissBomb has announced the launch of its spring seasonal mini donuts, bringing the brightness of citrus and berries to customers through nationwide shipping and New York City orders.

The new flavors, conceived and hand crafted by BlissBomb executive pastry chef Tarran Hatton (formerly with Milk Bar), include:

  • Key Lime Pie – A key lime donut, infused with lime juice and zest, then topped with toasted buttery pie crust
  • Blueberry Chocolate – Whole wild blueberries are baked into a dense, chewy chocolate donut, which gets infused with a mild blueberry lavender syrup and topped with a blueberry glaze and dark chocolate shards
  • Paloma – A refreshing citrus combo of grapefruit and lime juice and zest blended with a touch of tequila, topped with chewy candied grapefruit peel made in-house

“We paired the bright, acerbic flavors of citrus and berries with the warm, earthy characteristics of lavender, dark chocolate and buttery toasted pie crust to reflect the feelings and flavors of spring,” says Hatton.

The spring seasonal mini donuts are available now through the end of June in gift boxes shipping nationwide, and for delivery, pick-up and wholesale in New York City.
