BlissBomb, a New York City company specializing in baked mini donuts, has launched its new seasonal flavors with textural flair, from crunchy sea salt, to chewy pecans and crispy chocolate-covered waffle cones.

The new mini donuts debuted today and are available in gift boxes shipping nationwide, and for delivery, pick-up and catering in NYC. The flavors were conceived and hand crafted by BlissBomb executive pastry chef Tarran Hatton, formerly of Milk Bar.

The following flavor are available through early April:

  • Coffee Maple Crunch – This New Hampshire-based McClure's Maple Syrup and espresso donut is enrobed in a café au lait chocolate coating and topped with house-made chocolate-covered waffle cones dusted in crushed espresso beans
  • Salted Rosemary Olive Oil – This rosemary-infused olive oil cake donut features a rich white chocolate and crunchy sea salt finish
  • Chocolate Pecan Blondie – This buttery blondie features toasted pecans and dark chocolate
