New York City’s BlissBomb, which specializes in baked mini donuts available nationwide, has launched three new seasonal flavors for spring.

The new Raspberry Lemonade, Chocolate Chip Cookie and Strawberry Peppercorn mini donuts debuted on Wednesday, April 13 and are available in gift boxes shipping nationwide, and for delivery, catering and wholesale in New York City.

  • Raspberry Lemonade – Features a fresh raspberry glaze and an Italian candied lemon peel garnish
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie – Features mini chocolate chips, a rich chocolate glaze and chewy chocolate chip cookie crumbs on top
  • Strawberry Peppercorn – This house-made strawberry compote donut gets a dash of cracked pepper and a coating of white chocolate before it’s topped with pink peppercorn

The flavors were conceived and hand crafted by BlissBomb executive pastry chef, Tarran Hatton, formerly with Milk Bar. They will be available through early July.

“We always want our donuts to evoke a special memory,” says Hatton. “Our spring flavors might take you to a plate of fresh-baked cookies on the front porch, tart and tangy lemonade at a picnic or a savory strawberry peppercorn syrup smothering a bowl of vanilla ice cream.”
