BlissBomb, a New York City company specializing in baked mini donuts, has launched new flavors with a twist on fall classics, like apple cider with ginger liqueur, and pumpkin pie with dark chocolate. 

The new Apple Cider, Pecan Pumpkin Pie and Cranberry Orange mini donuts have officially debuted and are available in gift boxes shipping nationwide, and for delivery, pick-up and catering in NYC. 

The flavors were conceived and hand crafted by BlissBomb executive pastry chef, Tarran Hatton, formerly with Milk Bar. Availability will last through December:

  • Apple Cider:  A Hudson Valley apple cider donut, filled with chewy cinnamon apple pieces and infused with Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur, enrobed in spiced white chocolate and dusted with cinnamon sugar
  • Cranberry Orange:  Chewy cranberry pieces in an orange flavored donut, topped with an orange zest citrus glaze, more cranberries and candied orange peel 
  • Pecan Pumpkin Pie:  Maple pumpkin donut with a generous portion of pecan pieces, enrobed in dark chocolate with more pecan pieces on top
