In April of 2021, Insomnia Cookies first introduced its Cookie Nachos to help its hungry customers celebrate 4/20. The warm cookie delivery bakery’s Cookie Butter Nachos featured 18 mini chocolate chunk cookies drizzled with smooth, rich cookie butter and a choice of up to three toppings.

Following that in 2022, the chain celebrated 4/20 with a new version of the treat. Munchie Style Cookie Nachos featured 18 Mini Chocolate Chunk cookies drizzled with cookie butter and caramel, and topped with crushed potato chips and pretzels.

Now, Insomnia Cookies is looking to manifest a sparkly new year with the return of Cookie Nachos, this time with a unicorn twist. Unicorn Cookie Nachos feature 8 Classic cookies layered with Fancy Sprinkles Unicorn Barf blend, and a choice of two additional toppings. Cookie flavors available include Chocolate Chunk, Classic with M&M's, Double Chocolate Chunk, Double Chocolate Mint, Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter Chip, Snickerdoodle, Sugar, White Chocolate Macadamia, Vegan Birthday Cake, Vegan Chocolate Chunk and Vegan Double Chocolate Chunk.

Cookie lovers can add a festive box sleeve for just $1. The sweet treat is available for a limited time only through Sunday, January 14.
