To celebrate National Cheesecake Day and its 43rd birthday, Eli’s Cheesecake has planned plenty of cheesecake fun from Wednesday, July 26 through Sunday (National Cheesecake Day), July 30.

For its 43rd birthday, the bakery is offering 43 cent slices of its famous cheesecake at Eli's Cheesecake Cafe in Chicago on July 26-30. Guests can also enjoy special desserts like the Eli's Cheesecake Smoosh, a cheesecake ice cream combo, and Eli's Cheesecake Dippers, frozen slices of cheesecake, dipped in chocolate, on a stick.

Guests can also play Cheesecake Bingo and cheesecake-themed lawn games, spin the wheel for cheesecake discounts and prizes, or take a photo with Eli's mascot. Eli's website features an exclusive deal for 25 percent off any 9-inch cheesecake and a free Eli’s insulated freezer bag with promo code CCDAY23.

On Thursday, July 27, Eli's Big Slice Mascot will pass out free slices of cheesecake at the Eli's Cafe at O’Hare Airport (Terminal One, between gates B8 and B9 near the big dinosaur) from 11 am to 12 pm. Fans can also win a year’s worth of cheesecake by following Eli's on Instagram, saying why they're the biggest Eli’s fan and tagging three friends to enter. The winner will be announced on Friday, July 28, and will receive a free cheesecake every month for 12 months, beginning in August.

On Friday, cheesecake single serve slices will be handed out throughout Chicago at Eli's Cheesecake World (northwest side), Eli Schulman Playground at Seneca Park/Lurie Children's Hospital (north side), DuSable Museum (south side) and Chicago History Museum (Lincoln Park). Eli's will also donate desserts to the medical staffs of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, Northwestern and Lurie Children’s Hospital and to Chicago's first responders.
