Insomnia Cookies is celebrating National Ice Cream Day all weekend long from Friday, July 14 through Sunday, July 16 with a free scoop of ice cream to level-up any in-store purchase or order for local delivery.

This summer, Insomnia Cookies is celebrating ice cream lovers and chill seekers with special duos. The late-night cookie bakery chain’s latest menu additions combine its cookies with its own premium Cookies IN Ice Cream to deliver sweet innovations.

The treats are available for a limited-time only now through Sunday, August 6. Among the flavors available is the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cookie’wich. It features scoops of chocolate ice cream sandwiched between two classic Strawberry Shortcake cookies.

Since being founded 20 years ago, Insomnia Cookies has grown to more than 240 locations nationwide. The chain offers a wide variety of cookies, ice cream and other sweet treats in-store, for local delivery and nationwide shipping.
