BlissBomb, a New York City company specializing in baked mini donuts, has launched its new menu focused on flavor pairings perfect for the fall season.

The flavors were conceived and hand crafted by BlissBomb executive pastry chef, Tarran Hatton, formerly with Milk Bar. They will be available through early January.

“We took the classic flavors of fall and paired them with something a little different to give our seasonal flavors an interesting twist,” says Hatton. “Instead of hot buttered rum, we blended browned butter with scotch in a chocolate donut. And we used chai tea to expand the spice profile of our pumpkin donut. We’ve turned familiar fall foods and beverages into unique flavors and textures.”

  • Chai Pumpkin Latte – A blend of a steaming chai latte and roasted pumpkin puree, enrobed in creamy white chocolate and dusted with golden pumpkin spices
  • Browned Butter Scotch – Hearty scotch infused with browned butter, covered in dark chocolate and topped with caramel crisps and a white chocolate drizzle
  • Chocolate Babka – A marbled chocolate and hazelnut donut with a creamy chocolate glaze and hazelnut pieces on top nestled next to buttered streusel crumbs

BlissBomb ships baked mini donuts in luxe gift boxes and DIY donut decorating kits anywhere in the country. NYC wholesale, delivery (GrubHub, DoorDash, Uber Eats, ezCater) and catering are also available.
