Several years ago, a dessert version of the Turducken took that concept to a new (and sweeter) level. The PieCaken, created by pastry chef Zac Young, makes for the ultimate Thanksgiving dessert by featuring a pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and spice cake cut and stacked together, then finished with cinnamon frosting, oat crumble, and apple pie filling.

Last year, Chef Young introduced a new PieCaken for Christmas. The holiday version of the dessert consists of pecan pie, eggnog cheesecake, and red velvet cake layered together with amaretto buttercream and topped with sweet and tart cherry pie filling.

The Christmas PieCaken is a collaboration between Young and the team at Goldbelly. The limited-edition dessert is available on Goldbelly’s website for $99 and serves 12-16 people.
