You've probably heard of the Turducken, the layered dish that stuffs a chicken inside of a duck inside of a turkey. Over the years, it has received plenty of cultural notoriety, but a dessert that made its debut just a few years ago has taken that concept to a new (and sweeter) level.

The PieCaken is a seasonal specialty that was originally conceived by Zac Young, one of America's top pastry chefs, for the David Burke Group (which has since rebranded as Craveable Hospitality Group).
