Ultra-Rich Creme Cake Mix 1/50 LB
Macaroon Cookie Mix 1/40 LB
Flo N' Fudge Plus Icing 1/18 LB
Chocolate Dipping Icing 1/45 LB
Directions
1. First, prepare the chocolate macaroon mixture following the one step procedure on each pail of Westco Macaroon Cookie Mix (Mac-Mix). Add 2-3 ounces of Westco Flo N' Fudge Icing to each pound of macaroon mixture used.
2. Prepare the Westco Ultra-Rich Crème Cake batter following the directions on the bag. Scale 2 lbs. 10 oz. of batter into a 9-inch ring pan. Then, using a pastry bag, pipe 5-6 ounces of the chocolate macaroon mixture on to the crème cake batter.
3. Using a spoon or dowel, gently swirl the chocolate macaroon mixture into the crème cake batter. Bake for 55 minutes at 320°F or until a probe comes out clean.
4. Let the cake cool in the pan then remove the pan. Heat Westco Chocolate Dipping Icing to 120°F and pour it over the cake. Decorate with strings of Westco Vanilla Dipping Icing. Finishing may also be done with melted C'est Vivant White & Dark Chocolate Coatings.
