10 lbs. Baker’s Request™ White Cake Mix       
2 lbs. Oatmeal          
3 oz. Cinnamon          
1 oz. Vanilla            
1 lb. 12 oz. Walnuts (chopped)         
2 lbs. 12 oz. Butter/Margarine (chilled)        
10 oz.Milk           
2 lbs. Dawn® Pastry Time Chopped Apple, Apricot, Chopped Cherry, or Raspberry Filling* 
Select™ Caramel Glossy Icing (Apple)
Select™ White Roll Icing (Cherry, Apricot, Raspberry)


With paddle, blend dry ingredients with chilled butter/margarine to a dry mix. Add milk slowly in medium speed to bring dry mix together to make a streusel-like mixture. Do not over mix.

Base: Spread 1 lb. 12 oz. crumb base evenly over greased sheet pan and flatten with hands and then rolling pin.

Filling: Spread desired fruit filling evenly over base.

Topping: Sprinkle 1 lb. 12 oz. crumb topping evenly over top of filling.

Bake: Bake at 360°F for a revolving tray oven, 340° F for a rack oven, for 30-35 minutes. Bars should bake golden brown.

Finish: For Apple-flavored bars – drizzle with Select™ Caramel Glossy Icing.  For Cherry, Apricot, or Raspberry Bars – drizzle with Select™ White Roll Icing.  Chill bars prior to cutting.
