7 lbs. Baker’s Request™ White Cake Mix
2 lbs. Butter/Margarine (Chilled)
1 oz. Vanilla (Optional)
1 lb. Walnuts (Chopped)
8 oz. Dawn® Macaroon Cookie Mix (Optional)
4 oz. Milk
2 lbs. Dawn® Fruit Filling*
4 lbs. Dawn® Select White Roll Icing
1 lb. Powdered Sugar (optional)
With paddle, blend first six ingredients to a dry mix. Add milk slowly at medium speed to bring dry mix together to make a streusel-like mixture (Do not overmix).
Spread 1lb. 12 oz. crumb base evenly over greased sheet pan and flatten with hands and then rolling pin. Spread 2 lbs. desired fruit filling* evenly over base. Sprinkle 1 lb. 12 oz. crumb topping evenly over top of filling. Bake at 360° revolving tray oven, 340° rack oven, approximately 30-35 minutes. Bars should bake golden brown.
Top with powdered sugar or drizzle Dawn Select™ White Roll Icing. Chill bars prior to cutting.
*Recommended Fruit Fillings: Gourmet Pastry® Lemon, Raspberry, Apple Strudel, Cherry, Blueberry or Pastry Time® Apricot or Date Fillings
