Ingredients

Brill Bar Cake cut from Yellow  1/2 Sheet Cake

Brill Cream Cheese Icing

Brill Caramelize icing 

Fall Leaves (Quinns)

Instructions

Cut desired size bar cake from ½ sheet Yellow cake.

Place on cardboard.

Ice then comb sides with cream cheese icing.

Pour warmed caramelize around top of cake as pictured.

Use a #22 star tip with Cream Cheese to pipe the 8 rosettes on the  top surface.

Add Fall colored leaf Quinns on top  of rosettes.
