Cut desired size bar cake from ½ sheet Pumpkin Spice cake.
Place on cardboard
Ice top and sides with cream cheese icing.
Press pumpkin spice cake crumbs 1” high lightly around bottom edge of cake.
With a #7 tip and Vivid Orange Icing, pipe the figure 8 design on the top surface as shown.
With a #7 tip and Chocolate Light ’N Fluffy Icing, pipe the figure 8 design on the top surface next to the orange color as shown.
Use a #22 star tip with Cream Cheese to pipe the top 3 large rosettes.
