Sprinkletown Donuts & Ice Cream, from celebrity pastry chef Zac Young, is officially open at Foxwoods Resort Casino. The creator of the PieCaken’s newest concept serves customizable donuts and signature ice cream sundaes with a “choose your own adventure” menu, as well as coffee. Guests create their own treats with a variety of fun and flavorful ingredients or enjoy a signature Sprinkletown creation dreamed up by Chef Young.

Featuring a donut kitchen for guests to watch treats being made to order, Sprinkletown Donuts & Ice Cream is a sweet playground for both kids and adults alike. Designed by Glen & Company, an award-winning architecture, interior design and branding agency founded by architect Glen Coben, the shop is an homage to Chef Zac’s creations, presenting a vibrant three dimensional celebration of sprinkles.

“Sprinkletown’s first pop-up experience back in 2022 was a resounding success, and we are delighted to be celebrating the opening of this brand new location – this time as a permanent fixture within Foxwoods,” says Jason Guyot, president and chief executive officer of Foxwoods. “We look forward to providing a sweet new option for Foxwoods guests, and giving them a unique space to choose their own custom dessert creations.”

The fresh and hot donuts are customizable for guests to pick glazes, sugars and toppings featuring some of Chef Young’s favorite ingredients, such as glazes of strawberry lime, nutella, blueberry cheesecake and burnt marshmallow; flavored sugars of sprinkle, cinnamon, popcorn, spicy and toasted coconut; and toppings including cookie dough, bacon sprinkles, dried strawberries and Sprinkletown’s sprinx blend. Guests can enjoy donuts in quantities of three, six and a dozen, with party boxes with custom designs available.

Signature Donuts are available including:

  • The S'More, made with chocolate glaze, toasted marshmallow and graham cracker
  • Salty Sweet, made with salted caramel and chocolate covered pretzels

Guests can also indulge in limited-edition jumbo High-Roller Donuts, including:

  • The Blueberry Cheesecake, made with blueberry cheesecake glaze, cheesecake bites and blueberry filling
  • The FriedCaken, made with pumpkin spice, candied pecans and apple caramel – an ode to the PieCaken

Ice cream is available in four soft serve base flavors, including vanilla, chocolate, swirl and dairy-free watermelon, with the option to be served in a cone or cup. Guests will create their ice cream sundaes with sauce options such as hawt fudge, apple pie, toasted marshmallow, salted caramel and three different flavors of magic shell; and toppings such as cheesecake bites, honey roasted peanuts, market berries, caramel corn, confetti cake croutons, corn nuts, honey glazed donuts and four different kinds of sprinkles.

Speciality sundaes include:

  • The FlufferNutella, made with nutella, graham crackers, toasted marshmallow and candied hazelnuts in a devil’s food cone
  • The Wake N’ Break, made with chocolate covered espresso beans and honey glazed donuts in a waffle cone

Sprinkletown Donuts & Ice Cream is located in the Great Cedar Hotel dining concourse at Foxwoods Resort Casino, across from Cedars Steaks & Oysters.
