Recess, a popular relaxation functional beverage brand, is teaming up with The Caker to launch a limited-edition Strawberry Rose Cake Kit on Monday, October 23.

Inspired by one of Recess’ most iconic and beloved flavors, Strawberry Rose Mood, and in honor of the brand’s 5th birthday, the Recess x The Caker Cake Kit ($39.99) can be prepared vegan and will include the birthday cake mix, icing mix, a rosewater vile and freeze-dried strawberries, plus a four-pack of Strawberry Rose Mood to sip alongside a slice.

The Cake Kit will be available online beginning Monday, October 23 (the product is listed as "sold out" until its goes live Monday morning), and the brands anticipate a quick sell-out.

Founded by New Zealand native Jordan Rondel, and joined shortly thereafter by her sister Anouk, The Caker was created in 2010 as a made-to-order cake business. In 2013, the brand launched its line of Cake Kits, to share The Caker’s signature style with people everywhere in a new way beyond the traditional published recipes and made-to-order cakes.

Last year, The Caker teamed with Chrissy Teigen on a luxury carrot cake kit just in time for Chrissy and John Legend’s wedding anniversary.
