Last Crumb, a luxury cookie brand handcrafted in Los Angeles, has announced its newest drop: The Platinum Collection, which features the most intricate and complex recipes to date.

Following the success of its Core Collection, Last Crumb is introducing an entirely new set of flavors in the new year. Drawing inspiration from beloved seasonal favorites, The Platinum Collection has flavors like Creme De La Crumb (packed with crushed Oreos and vanilla buttercream), Nutella Heist (a cookie made with Nutella-infused stuffed with graham crackers, marshmallows and more Nutella), Stiffler’s Mom (an ode to American Pie - an oatmeal cookie stuffed with apple pie filling) and more.

These cookies are handcrafted using a homemade European butter mixture, handpicked vanilla and French chocolate cut into bite-sized pieces. The cookie dough is set to rest for a full 24 hours ensuring that every bite is worth the $160 price tag.

In 2022, Last Crumb closed a $3 million funding seed round to support marketing and sales efforts. The Los Angeles brand has introduced a premium, first-of-its-kind cookie experience inspired by high-end streetwear and designer goods, shipping its gourmet offerings in limited quantities via weekly “drops” to consumers nationwide, who are required to join a waitlist for the opportunity to purchase a box.
