Back by popular demand at Baked by Melissa, customers can find three lucky flavors of St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes for the upcoming holiday in its Pot O' Gold Cupcakes collection.
The bite-sized cupcake bakery’s limited-edition flavors include Lucky Charm, Rainbow Cookie and Triple Chocolate Fudge:
- The Lucky Charm Cupcake - Features green vanilla cake stuffed with brownie batter, topped with white chocolate, sugar cookie icing and gold coarse sugar brittle
- The Rainbow Cookie Cupcake - Features tie-dye almond cake stuffed with strawberry jam, topped with chocolate icing, rainbow sprinkles and dark chocolate brittle
- The Triple Chocolate Fudge Cupcake - Features chocolate cake filled with fudge stuffing, topped with chocolate icing and mini chocolate chips
From March 4 through March 19, customers can purchase a 50-pack of Shamrock Shuffle Cupcakes for $60 or the Pot O’ Gold Cupcakes, which include three different flavors, starting from $32 for a 25-pack.
