Throughout the month of February, Sprinkles Cupcakes is releasing new and returning flavors to its menu. The cupcake bakery chain will start off the month with a special cupcake in celebration of Valentine’s Day.

The Valentines Red Velvet (2/1-2/14) is a romantic twist on the bakery’s classic red velvet. It features Southern-style light chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and exclusive Lucky in Love sprinkles by Fancy Sprinkles.

Available throughout the entire month is the returning favorite Raspberry Chocolate Chip. It is a chocolate chip-studded Belgian dark chocolate cake topped with luscious raspberry frosting.

Another returning favorite is the Cookie Cupcake (2/15-3/28). The chocolate chip studded yellow cake is lined with a cookie crust, topped with brown sugar frosting and dusted with cookie crumbles.

Finally, in celebration of Mardi Gras in mid-February, Sprinkles Cupcakes is offering the Bananas Foster cupcake. It features a caramelized banana infused rum sauce-filled banana cake, topped with vanilla butter cream frosting and finished with Mardi Gras-themed sprinkles.
