The latest version of Dominique Ansel’s renowned cronut will make its way to the menu at his New York City location next month. This croissant-donut hybrid captures a beloved flavor of the upcoming season and will satisfy the pumpkin spice latte fans out there.

Starting September 1, the bakery will offer the Pumpkin and Rice Pudding Cronut. It’s filled with silky pumpkin ganache and creamy rice pudding ganache, with cinnamon sugar on the outside. The cronut will be available at the Soho location or can be ordered online in advance for pick-up at the bakery’s website.

Dominique Ansel’s NYC bakery is currently open for take-out and pick-ups, and has outdoor garden seating. Cronuts and other menu items can also be delivered via Caviar and DoorDash.
