½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup water
¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
4 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons confectioners sugar

Chocolate Chip Cream Filling

¾ cup DOVE® Chocolate Baking Chips
2 cups whipped cream, fresh



1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, combine sugar and cocoa powder. Set aside.

3. In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter and melt. Add water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

4. Stir in flour mixture and return to heat on medium low. Continue to stir and cook for about 5 minutes.

5. Place dough into a stand mixer. Beat on low until cooled, about 5 minutes.

6. Add eggs slowly until dough is smooth.

7. Place dough in pastry bag and pipe dough into approximately 1 ½ inch disks onto lined baking sheet.

8. Bake for about 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375°F and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.

Chocolate Chip Cream Filling

9. Fold DOVE® Chocolate Baking Chips into whipped cream. Refrigerate until needed.


10. When profiteroles are cooled, cut each in half.

11. Add approximately 1 tablespoon of chocolate chip cream on bottoms and close with top forming a sandwich.

12. Dust with confectioners sugar. Serve.
