8 oz Yeast, Compressed (Variable)

Procedure

Mix: 1-2 minutes low speed (1st).
Mix 10-14 minutes high speed (2nd) or until fully
developed.
Dough Temp: 78-82° F.
Flour Time: 0-10 minutes.
