Instructions

Ice 10` Yellow cake layer with Vanilla Light N Fluffy.

Using tip # 4 pipe top border with Decorating Blue  icing according to the picture , making scrolls.

Using tip # 4 , accent scrolls decoration with white icing.

Using tip # 3 , pipe dots with Brilliant Blue icing.

Place sprinkles on the bottom of the cake.

Place cupcake rings on the top.
