Ingredients

Brill White Mega Cupcake 2.5 oz.

Brill White Buttercreme Icing

Brill Brilliant Orange Buttercreme Icing

Brill Red Decorating Icing

Brill Chocolate Ready Ice

 

Instructions

Make frozen buttercreme cutouts. (See note below)

Pipe a small amount of white buttercreme onto cupcake using an open coupler.

Place frozen buttercreme cutouts on cupcake as pictured.

Pipe tip #4 ready ice “spokes” as pictured.

 

Buttercreme Cutouts

Tape plastic wrap to a sheet cake board.

Spread appropriate color buttercreme icing on board 1/8th   to   1/4th  inch thick.

Place a second sheet of plastic wrap over buttercreme.

Smooth with a small rolling pin.

Freeze until firm.

Remove from freezer and pull back top layer of plastic film.

Use a cookie cutter to cut out desired shape(s) and immediately place on cake. 

Return unused portion to freezer.
