With National Prosecco Day upcoming on August 13, fans of the Italian white wine will look to celebrate its existence. The Doughnut Project in New York is helping with the celebration by selling Prosecco-infused doughnuts.

The bakery is teaming up with Ruffino Wines for the unique treat. The doughnuts feature Ruffino Prosecco and are glazed with Prosecco frosting. The Doughnut Project will also add a fancy element to the doughnuts by sprinkling them with edible gold leaf and pink glitter.

“For the past two years we have been perfecting our recipes, craft, and vision,” says The Doughnut Project co-owners Leslie Polizzotto. “We are very excited to partner with Ruffino to create the Prosecco Doughnut for National Prosecco Day.”

The Prosecco doughnuts will cost $4.25 each and will be available for a limited time at The Doughnut Project located in New York’s West Village.
