Visitors are being asked to bring their #DessertSquad when they make their way to Brooklyn for New York’s second-ever Dessert Goals festival.

Taking place August 19-20 in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, Dessert Goals is a day of celebration, indulgence, discovery and deliciousness. The event was so highly anticipated that tickets sold out on July 19 after only being available for 30 minutes.

Dessert Goals was founded by Liang Shi and Miraya Berke, two young professionals who wanted to bring a first-ever dessert festival to their city. Since then, Dessert Goals has also popped up in Los Angeles with great success.

The vendors and their delicious sweets that will be featured at this summer’s Dessert Goals include Black Tap’s Crazy Shakes, Jam Jar Bakery’s Cake Jars, Mahalo New York Bakery’s Hawaiian Desserts, Patisserie Tomoko’s Japanese Desserts, Lickety Split’s Banana Pops, Too Cool Chix’s Ice Cream Sandwiches, and many more. You can see a full list of vendors here.

The event will also feature activities such as a photo garden dedicated specifically to Instagramming, fun workshops, free candy, a “salt bar” for savory bites, and a rooftop lounge with skyline views of Manhattan.
