The 2016 Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie will be held at the Europain trade show in Paris, France, on February 5-9.  Bread Bakers Guild Team USA (Nicky Giusto, Jeffrey de Leon, and Jacob Baggenstos) will be competing against teams from 11 other countries for the title of "Champion du Monde."

Usually a large number of Guild members travel to Paris to see the latest baking equipment and innovations at the trade show and to cheer on Team USA at the Coupe.

Coupe Travel Packages

Europain Badges

Admission to Europain and the Coupe du Monde is free, but you must pre-register online and print your badge. There will be badge holders available at the convention center.

Paris 2016 - Travelers' Meet-Up

Share your contact information and connect with other Guild members who are traveling to Paris. Make plans to meet up for drinks, dinner, or sightseeing, and explore the City of Light together! 

We will also send you a map for a self-guided tour of Paris bakeries.

Paris Guildhall Gathering - February 9, 7-10 pm

After the Coupe is over, we'll celebrate with a Guildhall Gathering at the elegant Hôtel d'Aubusson.  Join us for drinks and sweet and savory bites, and have one last party before everyone returns home.  See event flyer here.
