3 Cup Roasted Almonds
2 Ladles Callebaut Dark Chocolate Classic Coating 



Remove the lid and melt the Callebaut Dark Chocolate Classic Coating in the microwave in 15 second increments stirring occasionally until there are no lumps. Once melted, use a ladle to put the coating on the baking sheet.

Once the baking sheet is filled, sprinkle roasted almonds on the bark.

Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate. Pull the sheet out of the refrigerator and break the bark into smaller pieces.
