1. Ice the cake.
2. Affix the Edible Image® decoration to the center of the cake.
3. Lay out an acetate cake collar on a piece of parchment.
4. Pour melted chocolate drizzle over the acetate in a crisscross pattern. Allow to set for a minute or two.
5. Wrap the acetate, chocolate side facing in toward the cake, around the sides.
6. When chocolate has fully set up, remove acetate.
