Brill Lavender Decorating Icing
Brill Pink Decorating Icing
Brill Brilliant Green Decorating Icing
Brill Vanilla Buttercreme Icing

Tulip Bouquet

Base ice an 8” round cake using an EZ Ice tip and Lavender Decorating Icing.

Use a bowl scraper to smooth the sides and top of the cake.

A #4 tip and Brilliant Green Decorating Icing are used to pipe the stems.

A #10 tip is used to pipe Lavender, Pink and White Tulips.

A #2 tip is used to pipe the spiral tendrils

A #5 tip and Vanilla Butter Cream are used to pipe the top reverse shell border.

A #10 tip and Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe a bottom bead border.
