Brill Half Sheet Pumpkin Spice Cake

Brill Cream Cheese Icing

Brill Moss Green Decorating Icing  (Mix one part Decorating Green, one part Brilliant Green, and ½ part Brilliant Orange icings)

Brill Red Decorating Icing

Brill Brilliant Orange Icing

Brill Brilliant Yellow Icing

Brill Chocolate Ready Ice

Brill Chocolate Light N’ Fluffy

 

Instructions

Cut cake from half sheet cake. Ice cake with cream cheese icing.

Comb sides and smooth top.

Pipe tip #22 cream cheese top border

Pipe tip #4 moss green stems in one corner.

Place a #104 tip in a bag.  Stripe bag with brilliant orange, decorating red, and Ready Ice. Fill bag with brilliant yellow. Pipe oak leaves on top of stems, leaving a few spaces for acorns .

Using same bag with #104 tip, add bottom border as shown.

Pipe on tip #12 acorns with chocolate buttercreme in the spaces.

Add tip #10 acorn tops with Ready Ice.

Add tip #352 moss green leaves.
