1. Use graduated round cutters to cut cake rounds to fit your selected champagne flute.
2. Layer cake with white icing, piped into the flutes using a #827 star tip; alternate layers of candy pearls and icing to lend the appearance of champagne bubbles within the flute.
3. Finish with a layer of pearls and grande non-pareils on top, and a Dec-Ons® decoration attached with a dab of icing.
