2. Apply Cutie Pie Garden Designer Prints™ decorations.
3. Mix green icing using Lucks Green Liquid Airbrush Color.
4. Pipe leaves border on the bottom using a #352 deep cut leaf tube.
5. Mix some blue icing using Lucks Blue Liquid Airbrush Color with a drop or two of Lucks Lavender Liquid Airbrush Color.
6. Variegate blue and white into one pastry bag with a #8 plain round tube and pipe swirls of clouds on the top border.
