In this role, Brent will be responsible for supporting the innovation process, a joint effort between Sales, R&D and Marketing in order to align with customer opportunities. Additionally, he will gather intelligence and track customer trends, specifically focused on opportunities within bakery applications.
Brent has an extensive background in sales, marketing, merchandising and finance related to the distribution and development of warehouse driven businesses, including co-packing scenarios for baked goods. His previous positions include V.P. Alternate Channels for Hostess Brands, National Account Manager for Russell Stover Candies, Inc. and Field Sales Manager for Coors Brewing Company.
