Caravan Ingredients is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Wells to Director, Commercial Insights. In this role, Jim will be responsible for both the Business Development and Consumer Insight groups, coordinating commercial championing roles within innovation projects and supporting Caravan Ingredient’s Innovation portfolio. He will also continue to extend Caravan Ingredients’ category management technologies to develop strategic business building partnerships with key customers.

Before joining Caravan Ingredients, Jim had an extensive background in consumer research and business development, working for Spectra Marketing, IRI, Nabisco, Lincoln Snacks and Nestle.
