1. Fill tart shells, either homemade or commercially-prepared, with mousse in your desired flavor.
    
2. Dip each filled tart into white truffle or ganache, and then embellish with pink-tinted truffle drizzle.
    
3. Finish with Dec-Ons® decorations.
