Acclaimed North Carolina bakery La Farm Bakery is not shy about sharing its baking techniques. Run by multiple-time James Beard Foundation Outstanding Bakery semifinalist Lionel Vatinet, La Farm hosts visitors for classes of many varieties.

The bakery recently announced its class lineup for the first half of 2018, and it includes offerings for chocolate-lovers, fans of sourdough, and those looking to incorporate beer into bread.
