She uses colors and geometric patterns to create these works of art with dough and fruit.
“I usually have some nebulous idea in my head for design and then improvise as I go along, depending on how well the dough or fruit cooperates with my vision,” Ko tells Mashable. “My final products are generally happy accidents.”
Ko now has over 71,000 followers on Instagram, including high-profile chefs. Although she doesn’t sell her pies, Ko is providing plenty of inspiration for her followers and may even one day inspire herself to open a small pastry shop.
