These treats from Setton Farms are made by blending ground raw pistachios, cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar together and piping into a hulled strawberry, perfect for National Strawberry Month in May.


  • 24 Strawberries, washed
  • 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 - 5 oz pack Setton Farms Raw Pistachio Kernels
  • 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Cut off the stems of the strawberries. Cut the tip of each strawberry to create a flat, stable base. Set the tips aside. Arrange the strawberries on a plate, cut side down.
  2. Place the pistachios in a food processor and process until very fine.
  3. Add the cream cheese and sugar and process until smooth.
  4. Transfer the pistachio cream cheese into a pastry bag and pipe it in each strawberry. Put the reserved tips on top.
