Good Ambler, Mondelez International’s café situated in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, has revealed its themed offerings for Halloween. Pastry chef Meg Galus has curated festive pastries, beverages, baked goods and chocolates that can be enjoyed all month long. 

The menu includes Pumpkin Spice Macarons, Black Cocoa Crinkle Cookies, Maple Pecan Cheesecake Brownies, Apple Butter Cream Cheese Brioche, Pumpkin Pain Suisse and so much more. Halloween chocolates include a smashable pumpkin filled with pumpkin spice truffles, chocolate ghosts, chocolate frogs and more. 

For Halloween weekend (October 28-29), special treats will be available such as black sesame old fashioned doughnuts, Haunted Black Forest Cake, Graveyard Dirt Cups and Ghostly Caneles.

Last month, Good Ambler announced Meg Galus as its new executive pastry chef. She brings with her nearly two decades of experience to the full-service café. She has been nominated as a finalist for the James Beard Outstanding Pastry Chef award three times, was named Pastry Chef of the Year by the Chicago Tribune and received the Jean Banchet Pastry Chef of the Year award.
