Los Gatos, California’s Manresa Bread, one of the most directed bakeries in the country, is preparing for upcoming holidays with special items to help with celebrations.
Led by 2020 James Beard Foundation Outstanding Baker finalist Avery Ruzicka, the bakery has breads, quiches, croissants, cookies and more seasonal items available for Easter and Passover. Manresa Bread is now taking pre-orders for pick-up or nationwide shipping for its Easter items.
The Easter menu includes:
- Two babka flavors — coconut and chocolate
- An assorted cookie tin featuring five varieties: Chocolate Pistachio Rye Biscotti, White Flower Lemon Lavender Shortbread, Einkorn Palmier, Red Wheat Confetti Cookie and Almond Flour Mexican Wedding Cookies
- Pistachio galette
- Potato and herb quiche and quiche Lorraine
The Passover menu includes:
- Gluten-free chocolate almond cake
- Matzah brittle
The Easter items can be pre-ordered until March 28 for pick-up from April 2-4. The Passover specials are available daily for in-store purchases only from March 27 through April 4.
