At the beginning of the month, Sprinkles Cupcakes introduced a series of cupcake flavors based on popular Easter candies. Each week in April leading up to Easter Sunday, the bakery chain has debuted a new cupcake for one week only.

Sprinkles started out the month with Robin Eggs, a chocolate cake topped with vanilla buttercream frosting, finished with a toasted coconut rim, and topped with Robin Eggs candies. Following that on April 8, the bakery introduced the Jelly Belly, a birthday cake topped with vanilla buttercream frosting, finished with a green coconut rim, and topped with Jelly Belly jelly beans.

The latest limited-time addition to the menu is based on the popular marshmallow Peeps. From now until Sunday, April 21, customers can get the cupcake at Sprinkles locations nationwide. It comes in either lemon or strawberry cake, is finished with toasted coconut for the Peep’s “nest,” and is topped with either a yellow or pink Peep.

This flavor will also be available in a layer cake until Easter Sunday. The cakes are available in 6” four-layer and 8” three-layer versions with either lemon or strawberry Peeps. They can be purchased at Sprinkles locations in Austin, Beverly Hills, Chicago, Dallas, Disney Springs, Georgetown, Houston, La Jolla, Las Vegas, Newport Beach, New York, Palo Alto, Plano, Scottsdale, Tampa, and Westlake Village.
