1. Bake & Cut
Make up brownies following the directions provided on each bag of Westco Extra Moist Fudge Brownie Mix. When cooled, using a cookie cutter, cut the rounds from a baked sheet and place them in a round mold.
2. Make Peanut Butter Mousse
Whip the BakeSense Whipped Topping to a soft peak and set aside. Following the directions on the pail, prepare Marguerite Gel Neutre (Neutral), adding 4 oz. of BakeSense Creamy Peanut Butter to the water (use the 1 LB directions).
3. Add mousse
Using a pastry bag, pipe the peanut butter mousse mixture into the mold and freeze.
Drizzle melted C'est Vivant White or Dark Coatings onto the top to finish.
