What You’ll Need

R&H® Chocolate RichCreme® Cake Base
R&H® Fudge Royale Topping
Velvetop™ Vanilla Pre-Whipped Non-Dairy Icing
Mint Extract
Green Food Coloring
Dawn® Rich ‘N Glossy Cake Icing 
Andes® Mint Chocolate Candies


Mix R&H® Chocolate RichCreme® Cake Base and prepare mini bundts according to bag instructions.  Bake and cool.

Line chocolate mini bundts across bench and slice each bundt in half horizontally.

Pipe a ring of R&H® Fudge Royale over bottom layer of bundt.

Mix Velvetop™ Icing, Mint Extract, and Green Food Coloring to create a mint whipped topping.

Pipe ring of mint whip topping over layer of Fudge Royale and cap with top of bundt.

Warm Rich ‘N Glossy to approximately 110° and pipe over top of bundt.  Allow chocolate to partially run down the side.

Fill center of bundt with mint whipped topping.

Slice Andes® Chocolate in half diagonally and decorate the top of bundt.
