1. Melt tinted chocolate or candy coating using your preferred method. TIP: Use oil-based candy colors to tint your chocolate, or use pre-colored candy melts.
  2. Working on a clean surface, place transfer sheet textured side up, and then pipe freehand rounds on the sheet.
  3. Gently nestle candy sticks into each piped round, before the chocolate sets up. Allow all pops to cool.
  4. Peel pops away from acetate backing.
